I grew up under a Baghdad roof in San Diego, believing that everyone and everything was designed to hurt me… which meant I had to be very careful (particularly as a conservative young woman).

Practicing improv stretched the bandwidth of my imagination. It helped me “try on” different parts of myself to find the *right* fit. It allowed me to stretch, to grow, and to create myself.

I grew up in a conservative household, and one of the only events we got to attend was… funerals. Actually, my experience at these family funerals is what led me (all these years later!) to do this SoulBlazing work.

One of the biggest “surprise!” factors for many of my clients is that, I ask you to BEFRIEND your Imposters… not destroy them, not get rid of them, not ignore them.

Because happiness comes from helping others: Your happiness (and the happiness of the people you help) grows the more you give what you’re able.
